SMM / HR Marketing

How we used SMM to support team growth

Used SMM as a realtor acquisition channel: built an employer brand through content and strengthened the candidate flow for the Center Yug real estate agency.

When marketing works not for clients, but for employees

In most real estate agencies, SMM solves one problem - to attract clients to buy or sell properties.

In Center-South the task was different.

The company already had a strong position in the region, but to grow it needed to scale the team. The key question was:
How can you make realtors want to work here?

👉 SMM should have worked not for sales, but for hiring

The problem: a market where everyone talks the same way

In the real estate market, most agencies look the same:

— standard advertisements
— anonymous accounts
— lack of a live team in the content

As a result, the candidate does not see the difference between companies and chooses not by brand, but by chance.

👉 there is no strong HR brand
👉 there is no understanding of “what it’s like inside”

Objective: make the company desirable to work for

The goal was not just to “maintain social networks,” but to create an image of an employer that you want to join.

To do this you needed:

- show the real team
- reveal the atmosphere inside
— demonstrate processes and training
- convey growth opportunities

👉 turn the company from “just another agency” into a clear place for a career

Approach: show people, not products

The content strategy was completely shifted towards HR.

Instead of real estate objects, focus on people and the internal life of the company.

The content was built around:

— commands and interactions
— corporate culture
— training and development
- daily work of realtors

How it was implemented

The work included not only “maintaining social networks”, but full-fledged production management:

— development of HR content strategy
— organization of photo and video filming
— attracting photographers and videographers
— script writing
— preparation of references and visual direction

A special focus was on making the content look alive and real, and not staged.

👉 the task is not to “shoot beautifully”, but to convey the feeling of the environment

Result: a clear and lively image of the employer

As a result, SMM began to work as a channel for forming an HR brand:

— the company’s presence on social networks has increased
— a recognizable image of the employer has been formed
— interest in working for an agency has increased
— system HR communication appeared

👉 the company began to be perceived not just as an agency, but as a place for growth

My role

In the project, I was not responsible for posting, but for the direction:

— development of HR positioning
— supervision of content production
— control of visual and semantic quality

In short:

👉 I built a system in which content helps attract people to the team

Main conclusion

SMM is not only about clients.

He can also work for a business through hiring if:

- shows the real team
- conveys atmosphere
- builds trust before response

👉 a strong HR brand reduces hiring costs and accelerates team growth
